T&D Childcare is made up of two Ofsted registered homes in Barnstaple & Landkey and provides outstanding quality care to children of all ages.

 

First established in October 2010 by Tracey Hommell with the aim of creating a unique, safe and loving home-from-home effective learning environment. In September 2015 Tracey's son Danny joined the company, and in April 2016 they re-branded to become T&D Childcare.

 

Together, they provide a homely environment where they involve the children in day-to-day activities and encourage creativity. They believe the outside environment plays a huge role in children's development and often take trips out to enjoy the fresh air and open space that Devon has to offer.

 

All children are unique, and thanks to the high staff:child ratios, T&D are able to offer quality one-on-one time, as well as flexible routines for your child’s feeding and sleeping patterns (unlike the strict routines of nurseries). They help babies and children to develop their own identities, and build up their skills through a range of learning and play opportunities, as well as encouraging healthy relationships with other children.
